• What we collect: the details you submit through our contact form (name, email, organization, role, interest and message). The website itself does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
• Why: to respond to your enquiry and, if you asked for it, to send you research or arrange a demo. The legal basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in replying to you.
• Who processes it: form submissions are delivered to us by Formspree, Inc., which acts as our processor and may store data outside the UAE. The website is hosted by GitHub, Inc. Fonts and a charting library are loaded from Google Fonts and Cloudflare's cdnjs, which receive standard connection data such as your IP address.
• How long: we keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed.
• Your rights: you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, by contacting us through the contact form.

Data sources and attribution

Live figures on this website come from public sources: the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis (FRED), the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, the US Department of the Treasury, the US Bureau of Labor Statistics, the US Bureau of Economic Analysis, the US Department of Labor, the US Energy Information Administration, the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission and FINRA. Monthly metal and agricultural prices come from the World Bank Commodity Price Data (the "Pink Sheet"), used under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license. These organizations do not endorse this website or its analysis.

Where an indicator relies on data from a licensed provider, such as index publishers, exchanges or research firms, we show only our own assessment and commentary, not the provider's figures. Intermarket ratios that use equity index data are published only as percentiles, z-scores and trends; the index and ratio levels are not shown.
